I am Organizational Psychologist (M.Sc. BDP), Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and a passionate transformation leader with over 20 years of experience driving large-scale transformations in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and other fast-paced industries. I truly love what I do!
My expertise lies in igniting human potential within organizations, fostering sustainable change at both organizational and personal levels. There is nothing quite like witnessing the results! Together with my clients, I enthusiastically identify and eliminate roadblocks to change.
